Organizations develop like organisms – individual cells differentiate, build up contacts, and get organized for effective and systematic collaboration. Often self-healing forces take care of disturbances. Sometimes, however, engaging external support may be essential for the system to recover.

My services embrace consulting, training, coaching, and interim project management. I gained my international business experience mainly in the field of biotechnology, medicine and medical engineering as I also hold a PhD in Cellular Biology. As certified coach I support organizations in analyzing symptoms, optimizing processes, and curing systems – in order to restore successful (cross-cultural) communication and collaboration.
